§ 10.03. SPECIAL ELECTIONS

In the event, a special election is required to fill a council seat pursuant to the provisions of this Charter, the Town Clerk shall schedule a special election to be held as soon as practical, unless a regular municipal election is scheduled to be held within 100 days of the creation of such vacancy, in which case the special election shall be held on the same day as the regular municipal election.
