§ 8.02. PUBLIC MONIES

Latest version.

All public monies shall be deposited in the name of the Town of Palm Shores in a bank or banks designated by the Council. All public monies shall be disbursed only by check to be signed by at least one (1) authorized Town Council Member and the Mayor.
Any person performing the duties, in which he collects, receives, or handles any public monies must qualify under a blanket bond.
